Well, I don't think that's quite true. There are many "mainstream" acts out there who are talented.
Not saying this is you are all but... I do tend to get very tired of the music snobs who will only listen to somebody who has a fan base of about 14 people. Once they get popular they start up the "sell out" chant.
Avirl? Meh. Don't care one way or another. But yeah, the lyrics on her new single are pretty lame.
