This happens on every computer I've tried that has any version of XP Home, any versino of Outlook Express, and any version of AIM (including Deadaim and Aimutation) The only common factors are XP Home and AMD processors.

Whenever Outlook express is launched, either the buddy list pops up (if it's running) or the login screen pops up. None of the shortcuts have improper targets. I'm befuddled.
