I can't really tell you much about price because the exchange rate from the canadian dollar escapes me.

If you can afford it, go for the 3200+. But make sure you can still get other good hardware (RAM, HD, GFX) to compliment that. And with some good RAM, you can even OC a bit.

I would suggest a Zalman fan, but I am not sure if that would come into contact with the NB cooler on your MB. If you know how to replace a NB cooler, I'd suggest you get a slimline one and then get a Zalman. Other than that, there are loads of wonderful HS companies: Swiftech, Thermalright, Coolermaster, Alpha, etc.
