Well, I can't say I'm too familiar with the heatsink/fan industry, but what I would do is keep the stock heatsink to begin with. Try it out to see how noisy it is, and how well it cools the processor. If it's not up to snuff, then look into others.
I was surprised how well my stock heatsink worked on my P4, and I didn't need to buy a new one. It's just a tad on the noisy side, though, so I might simply replace the fan on it.
