This topic has fallen from the boards a little bit but I feel the need to share my experience. I had the same thing happen to me when I was like 15. My right nut swelled to the size of a grapefruit. The treatment, Hot baths and jerking off. I experienced the same pain and such. After the infection has gone and stuff I dont experience any pain. Though I do have more semen than before...not to the degree you describe. I hope this helps you.
