I am a genetic freak from a long line of genetic freaks that carry almost all of our body fat on our stomachs. Not to mention, I have frightfully weak abs, thus the aforementioned visible test would never work for me. Even when I had rediculously low body fat that was well into the "six pack range" I barely had any visible abdominal muscles. I was running a ton, and eating an almost vegetarian diet due to a lack of funds for meat/fatty products. I wish I could dig up the picture from that time which caused my mother to gasp in horror.
I have participated in a body fat % study using all of the mentioned body fat methods here, and the Inductance and Dunk tests were the two closest together, while the tape measure test was quite a bit off, and calipers were low unless my stomach was used (a difference of plus or minus 3% or so).
