you took down the original post, but I'm betting on vaginismus. The vaginal muscles clamp down, sometimes making penetration impossible. This is usually a reation to some kind of past abuse. Lube will not help. Lots of foreplay and relaxation may not help either. Medical treatment may help, using graduataly increasing sized dialators.
