those bmi things dont work, coz im 6'8" and 244lbs and im not overweight or obese. I carry my weight well (11% body fat), im built and athletic (Play minor league baseball). There are several ways to get body fat percentage. The true way is the water displacement test, but those are hard to find and do. The best is probably the calipers or electronic devices. You'r local gym should have something of that nature.
