Basically, keep yourself clean, and trimmed. As for the rest of it, I’ve heard good things about pineapple juice. Trader Joes sells it by the gallon, and its good (better then orange juice in my opinion) you can freeze it if you need a change in texture, and if you have an ice cream maker just dump the juice straight in and eat it when its done, as a slushy or as sorbet if you wait long enough.
