like stare at the sun said, you might have to warm her up a bit longer. it sounds like she might've been nervous, and therefore she wasn't relaxed down there. just go slow and build up to it...
also, if you are able to get it in, she still could be tense... making her quite tight down there, so don't freak out if you don't last as long as normal. that's what happened with me and my current girlfriend the first four times we had sex.
