Man... when I hold it for a long time I just have troubles letting it out. For some reason, being around others makes it worse because then I'm really aware that I'm not peeing and that I should be.
It has nothing to do with penis size... it is all about "I should be peeing right now, why can't I!?!?"
I find it easier to relax and stop thinking about how I should being peeing when people aren't around.
