i agree with MrFlux. i don't think the free ISP account will cut it.

doteasy [ http://www.doteasy.com ] has a hosting plan for $7.95 a month that is e-commerce ready. a demo of it (osCommerce) is at: [ http://www.samplesite.org/shop/catalog/default.php ].

it's an open source e-commerce solution. no licensing, no fees.

that might be your ticket. i use doteasy for all my webhosting and registration needs. i do not have any experience with this e-commerce stuff, but it's worth the look. i highly recommend doteasy.
