To find the IP address:

In other words, right-click on the NAS unit, and the IP address is located under Device Address. It will be something like:
192.168.0.65
I would recommend connecting the drive to just one PC for the firmware upgrade -- if the network becomes unstable during the process of upgrading the firmware, you could damage the unit.
