I don't ever really diet. I go for the excercise route. I feel better when I'm doing more than when I'm depraiving my body. Sometimes I do try to watch how many sweets I eat. I LOVE chocolete, Dark chocolete. I have been known to devour my unsweetened baking chocolete on a chocolete frenzy. Usually coincides with that time of the month of course. Excercise does the trick for me at least up until this point in life. While I was pregnant I gained 60 lbs. Partly water weight they said - which I believe since you couldn't see where my feet ended and my legs started and I'm normally right within my weight range. After that though through mostly exercise I got back down to my previous weight in about a year and a half. I'm about 5-10 pounds more than I used to be before kids right now but that's mostly because I'm sitting here to much. Gotta get out and get some of those springtime rays with the kids.
