How many case fans, and is your heatsink/heatsink fan stock? If so I think getting a better (full copper) heatsink and a fast (4-6k rpm) heatsink fan would do your comp a big difference.

Also.. how hot is the room your computer is in, and what kind of temps are we talking about?
My comp runs 34-36 idle, 39-42 full load (For reference).
