It's a fun game. I like the way the tiredness plays into it... was playing with a friend, watched his blue level plummet and then I just went in swinging, knowing that any of his punches couldn't hurt.
Another good boxing game is Rocky. It's not as "realistic" as FN2K4, but the tournament feature is real nice if you're playing with a group. Did that once with about 6 other people.. that was hilarious fun.
