MS Exchange is also specifically included in Mozilla Mail's IMAP test procedure, but I can't find details on wether it specifically works with MS Exchange.
You could of course try it, and report back to us! I don't have access to an IMAP server so I can't check thunderbirds compatibility.

Cool, thanks. I'm not ready to implement this in my office yet, but now I'll keep it on my radar. I've only set a couple of people up with Firefox, although I install nightly trunk builds. Waiting for the 1.0, can't confuse the users.
