I'll watch any chick flick that is 1) a comedy and 2) involves destroying a character played by a really good, sleazy male character actor. I liked First Wives Club because of Dan Hedaya, who played Bet Midler's husband; the man plays scum better than anyone on the planet. Dabney Coleman is also one of the great sleazes-to-be-destroyed of chick flicks, as in Tootsie and "9 to 5." Danny DeVito -- another giant of sleaze, and the only reason I ever watched any of those "Romancing the Stone" movies.
