no company is worth doing anything for free...

but that's why there are internships, fellowships, etc.

because it gives someone some opportunity at "starting up" or "getting a foot in the door"....

i did volunteer work before I ever got a job...

knowing the Mary Kay business model...

this lady is probably one of their home consultants, and she can always use a pretty face to get make up applied to. The other hope is that when she sees the look and effects she may become a customer.
