Never had one. A few guys have them in their teens, and from what I've told, almost none occur after that.
I did have a "dry" dream a few months ago. I'm in my 40s. I was half awake one morning, just coming out of the edge of sleep, no dreams -- and my brain let loose with an orgasm. No physical signs or stimulation, no erection; but then sex is all in the brain, they say, and I felt the big charge all through my body. Sure wish I could do that at will!
Kind of reminded me of the Orgasmatron from Woody Allen's "Sleeper." Has never happed again, unfortunately.
