i appologize if this was covered before.. i did a search couldnt narrow it down to what i was trying to get.
basically i just want to know how people turn their sites into pay sites. I dont know jack about making a site so treat me as an idiot.
I suppose i would pay someone to design my website with the info i provide. Then get a domain name and pay for hosting. So there i have my site. Now how do i get my site to accept payments from a credit card? How does that whole thing work? Would i have a company do it for me and pay a certain percentage of the sales to them for providing the service? Would that company be sending me a check every month? any info anyone could provide would be most appreciated. thanks in advance!
