If I had to guess, I would say the high school kids that declared for the draft weren't planning on going to college anyway, so they are doubly screwed. Williams will be fine, USC will get him back. Do you have to play somewhere for x number of years, or just be out of high school for x number of years?
How will this affect the draft plans of teams? I know Clarett wasn't expected to go very high, but wasn't Williams being projected as a first round pick at one point?
