The last one is definitely the best one. It does look a bit like a logo you might design for a franchise or a brand for a range of coffee shops. I do sympathise though. I can remember doing things like this at school, and until you have a proper brief from someone in the real world, it-s really impossible to come to a real conclusion about the quality and suitability of a design to do a job.
