You have to name the amount of money that will allow you to live life the way you have always wanted to. If you name an amount that exceeds your needs, you get nothing. If you name an amount that is less than your needs, you will only receive that amount, which will run out sooner or later.

for me: $10 million would get it. I'd never have to work again, and could live life very comfortably for my remaining 35 to 40 years.
