I also tried the demo out, and was impressed. It doesn't run that great on my system though, only having a radeon 7200 but well enough to enjoy it.
My only complaint is that there is no coop multiplayer. I loved coop in Serious Sam, and think it would be perfect in Painkiller. I don't even think I'll get the full version because of that, since I rarely play games like this (basically just a really fun slaughter fest) more then once through unless it does have coop letting me go through a few more times with friends.
If I can get it used or something though, I'd probably pick it up.
