Massageing a girl's feet, I would agree that you aren't going to get any. But massageing a girl while she is laying on the ground and you are strattleing her giving her a massage while she is grinding her groin into your leg hardcore, I believe that is how to get some. Sadly, or not, I didn't get any. Just recently I have found why I didn't get into this croud of females at first: I have never liked the highschool mentality and these girls opitimize that mindset (they are in highschool so of course they would). I realize that I left that type of behaviour a few years ago (though I wasn't a big fan of it during my highschool years either) and now I am glad that I was hesitating especially on a subconsious level (though they are of legal concenting age). So the quest continues I guess...
