I agree with OshnSoul, as I suggested earlier, your friend might just have issues.
I don't want to sound rude, but in all of the mushroom experiences I've heard of, or been a part of, I've never heard of someone freaking out like that. LSD, definitely, PCP, for sure, but never Psyliciben.
