hey i just got that amp that you are looking at... you can get it for $100 if you Ebay, but the housing wont look the same... it was easy to install and made a big diffrence... I am runninng Infinity Kappa speakers all over my car and i would say that i am not geting sub like sound from and kappa are pretty top of the line stuff.... i would worried about your speakers with a 4 channel that has 60 watts RMS like that, your head unit is probably no biggie for your factory speakers b/c your most likly had a decent factory radio b/c it is a BMW... if you put the amp in just dont turn the gain all the way up or else you wont have speakers for long. I ran my front compoent set for about one week at 3/4 of the gain of that amp, and it finished off the factory speakers. post if you have more ?s.
