Cook brown rice in oil until it smells nutty but not burnt.
Add onion, garlic, peppers, whatever suits you and cook until onions are soft.
Add 2 times the amount of rice in water, and one can of diced tomatoes (I usually use those large cans, 16 oz?).
Salt, cayenne, paprika, chili powder, other spices to taste.
This is just a thing that I make when I can't think of anything else, and I have extras lying around.
