It is my absolute favorite show of all time!! I understand that the show's been over in Japan for a while, correct? I remember they tried to have a US version of Iron Chef with William Shatner taking Kaga's place. It was horrible, with the chef's having names like "Italian Scallion" and stuff like that.
My favorite had to be Chen Kenichi. I love sezuchuan(sp?) cooking, and he was always so funny.
