It was my understanding that these cheerleaders have full-time jobs outside of the sports league and do the Cheerleading for some low base pay. When you are not at work, it shouldn't be any employer's business what you do as long as it doesn't affect the job you do.
And she is really cute! I love her eyes.
I remember when a Nurse at a hospital got fired when pics of her website (Personal adult site of her and her husband) started getting circulated at her job. She took it to court but I never found out how it turned out.
