You could damage your current relationship if you tell him about Blake. Are you willing to take the risk? I don't think it's necessary to tell him about that unless you don't mind taking the chance that he might break it off with you.
I see no problem in telling Blake how you feel. You have to keep in mind of the consequences you may face if you confess to Blake how you feel about him. If you and Blake are friends then why would telling him be closure? You will continue being friends with him while he's in the Air Force, right?
