I second the Foreman Grill idea. It's not that expensive and it makes cooking chicken breasts so quick, and they always come out juicy. The only problem is that sometimes it's a pain to clean, if you're lazy like me.
Don't forget that the broiler is great for cooking chicken.
And if you want to cut cooking times then pound out the chicken before you cook it, it will cook faster and more evenly.
