Like already stated, don't over heat the butter-weed mix. You just need it to be warmed so it's melted, rather than cooking it.
Instead of brownies you can use pound cake...this will make the "space cake" that was already mentioned.
It will kick in faster on an empty stomach and last longer on a full one.
