I worked at a fast food restaurant for a while, and I used to deal with shit like this all the time. It wasn't ever my fault because I just manned the cash register, but I was chewed out constantly for "not doing my job," among other things. People need to have a little perspective on life. people who are deathly allergic to certain things can die. Heck I have a friend who is so lactose intolerant even the foaming of milk from a cappaccino machine can send him into anaphalactic shock.
I paid good money for something, I want it the way I ordered it. Not the way some yahoo decided they wanted to do it. It doesn't excuse it because it's fast food, it's ANYTHING that I order from cars to computers. I want it the way I agreed to when I paid for it.
I work hard for my money. I deserve to get something the way that I ordered it without having to add more work to it and so do you.
