		 ok, I'm twenty, no where near depressed, and my diet is better than anyone I know.  I take herbal supplements for all of the vitamens that I miss in my regular diet and my stress level is pretty low.  I dont take any medication that isn't herbal and I run (treadmill)  maybe three km and ride (stationary bike) almost seven km every day.  I'm not allergic to anything that I know of and I own a nalgene litre bottle and I try to drink a minimum of one full nalgene of water a day (that's minimum).  I'm also a regular in the titty board.  I just have no idea what is wrong with me I would have guessed all of that other stuff before, but in my opinion, I'm doing all of the physical and mental health and fitness stuff fine.
