I bought an XBox for the online component but I also bought one because of the future titiles that are coming.
Doom3 and Half-life 2.
My home PC is ancient enough that it would cost a lot to upgrade it to the point where it could run either of those games. So a $180 XBox seemed like a better investment.
Mech Assault is better online. I enjoyed Buffy the Vampire Slayer, beat it and traded it in. Links 2004 is great.
