Good list of XBox games?
Anyone have a good list of Xbox games? I am seriously considering getting one, but i'm a little hesitant because i want to make sure that there will be enough games to really make it worth the money.
Generally i wont be playing online, and i usually like to avoid the DOA / tekken style games because they are just too repetitive. Now of course I already know of Halo, splinter cell, & mech assault. And i'm looking forward to Fable if it can live up to the hype. Is there anything else out there that offers a really good single player experience?

Star Wars Knights of the old Republic
Ninja Gaiden Project Gotham 2 Amped 2 Mafia - coming soon Top Spin Links 2004 Rainbow Six 3 Beyond Good & Evil Prince of Persia Panzer Dragoon Orta Those are some of the games I own and play on a regular basis. Beyond Good & Evil is fantastic, and only $19.99. I love my Xbox and wouldn't give it up for the world. That's just me talking though. I'm sure you can find plenty of titles you'd be interested in. |

At least with what I've tried. Halo moreso than KOTOR. Stop trying to turn everything into a "PC Supremacy" argument. Just because you don't have an Xbox doesn't mean PC is better. Just ask those who have played both the PC version and xbox version of Halo. After playing a couple of hours on KOTOR with the xbox version, I booted it up on the PC, and laughed at the controls. Considerably easier on console. Way better controls. This isn't always the case, but I'm just asking for people to stop trying to argue about this shit.

I bought an XBox for the online component but I also bought one because of the future titiles that are coming.
Doom3 and Half-life 2. My home PC is ancient enough that it would cost a lot to upgrade it to the point where it could run either of those games. So a $180 XBox seemed like a better investment. Mech Assault is better online. I enjoyed Buffy the Vampire Slayer, beat it and traded it in. Links 2004 is great. |
