Yes, unfortunately there are lots of rude players. One night I had three separate people just concede the game to me on the second turn without saying a word or telling me why. I've also read posts by people complaining about the behaviour of players who think it's cheating to have too many rares in your deck or play a Goblin deck.
But like Pellaz said, the 24/7 aspect of it is just too good. Sometimes I just want a quick game so I log on and play a bit. It's kinda hard to do that with real people, especially at 2am.
