Well,
I can't stress enough how much we value GOOD posts around here.
And we don't care if you're a rookie or not. Good contributions will get you noticed, poor ones won't and really REALLY poor ones may result in worse.
Look at it this way, you want the people you hang with to be good contributors to the conversation, right?
