Another myth that really needs killing
DOMS = muscle/tendon damage .... It is essential to further growth when combined with many other variables .. however ...
Many are not "sore" after a workout and still improve, others spasmodic pain if new angles/exercises etc are used and others still are sore after every workout.
Soreness is more an indicator of your genetic neural/muscle structure than anything to do with training results.
Sore or pain does NOT = results
