Yes.
While I have a limited desire to see 'Biker Chick Boobies', I do believe that restrictions on nudity are remnants of our traditionally puritanical culture. I think public nudity is perfectly appropriate in the right places and circumstances. In this case, I would list beaches, public celebrations featuring alcohol, and a 30' ft square of grass in front of my apartment that gets quite a bit of good sun in the summertime.
