Unfortunately, the argument "if men can do it, women can do too" commits an informal fallacy called a weak analogy. The topless body of a male and female are regarded quite differently in our society. To draw an analogy between the two, therefore, is erroneous. Now, don't get me wrong, I totally agree that they should be able to go topless. However, if we want to be logical about this, we should perhaps refine our arguments.
