Yep, although I saw many a 'protest breast' as most of the marches went right past where I was working at the time, I have yet to see a woman go topless in public since it became legal. Not that I was expecting women everywhere to throw off thier tops in celebration or anything.
It shouldn't be illegal for a woman to go shirtless, although if I were a woman, I couldn't imagine wanting to expose myself to every drooling perv on the street.
