Uh, sorry, if it's against the law, why should bikers get an exception?

I can understand that the people of the town have to make concessions and they have to draw a line somewhere. It's their right, and duty.

And besides, it's not just all skin, they are breasts, they are and always will be linked to sexual behaviour between people and as such will cause problems with alot of the population.

I agree if it's a protest there's a purpose behind it. But the way this sounds, it's "been a part of biker culture for 50 years"... So what? That makes it legal?
