Hehe, Im 5'10 or 5'11 (I have a screwed disc in my back so it acctually varies a bit but pretty much 5'11) and im 207 lbs and have about 20% BF
Am I really not eating enough? Ive been trying to eat more I started at 1200 went to 1400 then 1600 - 1800 by adding a few nuts to the diet and I figured 1600 - 1800 would be good
and goals? To be healthy I guess, trying to get my BF to about 13% aprox and about 170 lbs (ive got shit for arm muscles but massive legs and legs weigh alot so I think 170 is pretty good)
