Most of the time when computers reboot like that, it is because it is either a bad powersuply or it is not powerful enough to power new hardware you added. This is one thing I learned from my A+ Hardware class. Swap out the power supply and you should have fixed your problem, only $20 or less too. Get a good one though not a generic, these are worth going for quality.
