Ive been changing by diet quite a bit plan but here it is just for the sake of fun:
Breakfast-Can of chicken + 6 - 8 strawberrys
Lunch-apple + strawberrys + deli chicken/turkey
3 PM: Tuna + 1 tbsp olive oil
Dinner (5 pm)- random meat drained somewhat
7 pm- chicken cottage cheese anything
I try to get a snack between breakfast and lunch but it is tough due to time issues and I have no real time to eat with classes.
Im dieting currently and the gains have sort of stopped and I cant lift weights for 2 weeks with a broken wrist so all im doing is light cardio + HIITs
On average I get about 1600 calories in a day or try to ..
I dont eat carbs after 4 - 5 PM and the biggest issue is even if I eat im almost always hungry a hour or 2 later any advice? I try to keep the metabolism up but I will just suddenly get hungry and the only sugar I get in a day is fruit sugars.
