Is there anything wrong with being hungry?
Ok, curious question, Is there anything wrong with being hungry in general? I mean the second I get the message my stomach wants food am I losing muscle every second I wait until I eat? Because sometimes im hungry the last 45 minutes before I get home because I eat 3 hours before because I want to try and get a HIIT in, am I losing muscle for the 45 minutes that im hungry or do you not lose muscle until you are to a dangerous hunger point? Because I guess I can bring something to eat or something random but its just a odd question hoping for a odd answer if anyone knows anything ehhe
