A $500 body kit will probably bring up your coefficient of drag to the point that you can feel the difference. If you want to eventually put a turbo on it, the new exhaust is good, and you should consider a cold-air intake.
Don't tint the windows yourself, spend the extra cash so it won't bubble the first time you park it in the sun.
You might want to throw in some preformance internals when you rebuild the engine (at 204k, it's going to need it sooner or later)
